Chateau d' Bakersfield is an adult day health care facility (18 & over) providing organized day programs of Independent Living Skills Training, Mental Wellness Groups, Medical Monitoring, Physical Therapy maintenance, Occupational Therapy Maintenance, psychological assessments and treatment, medical social services, speech therapy as needed, and nutritional screening and planning to Individuals with special needs (persons with physical or mental impairments for the purpose of restoring or maintaining optimal capacity for self-care).  Our main focus is to prevent and or improve further decomposition in physically and mentally ill population. We promote the social, emotional, and physical well-being of impaired individuals in order to maintain them at or restore them to their optimal functional potential.
